Job Summary

This role is for a highly experienced professional, ideally with a background in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering, to act as a Solution Implementation Lead for a major pharmaceutical company in the Frankfurt am Main area. The primary focus will be driving the local digital roadmap and digital transformation initiatives, including planning, steering, and executing digital projects and managing associated budgets. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting process analyses, coordinating simplification and digitalization efforts (including training and workshops), and actively managing change for digital transformation activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in process optimization, project management methodologies (including ROI calculation and business case development), and negotiation-level fluency in both German and English. Experience in regulated environments like the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial, making this an excellent opportunity to leverage expertise in Smart Factory concepts and digital production systems.
