Job Summary

This role seeks an expert in electronics manufacturing to actively shape and develop a modern production system for a company specializing in intelligent energy technology solutions in Gmund. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for systematically building, stabilizing, and advancing the entire process chain, from Surface-Mount Device (SMD) assembly through final testing. Key responsibilities include defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating routings for the ERP system, and implementing critical process metrics like Cycle Time and Yield. A major focus is on optimizing the value chain by introducing Lean methodologies such as One-Piece-Flow and Pull Systems, ensuring technical process capability, and integrating specialized processes related to soldering quality and test strategy. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification, possesses multi-year professional experience in electronics manufacturing, and is proficient in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and structured problem-solving (8D, A3). Fluency in both German and English is required for this dynamic and impactful position.
