Job Summary

This Senior Consultant role focuses on strengthening organizational resilience by specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT Disaster Recovery (IT-DR). The successful candidate will be a key member of the Information Security team, serving as the primary contact for BCM and technical IT emergency management inquiries. Daily tasks involve developing, maintaining, and implementing critical BCM strategies and emergency plans, ensuring compliance with standards like BSI IT-Grundschutz (Standard 200-4) and ISO 22301. A crucial part of the mission is planning and coordinating regular emergency exercises across various departments to ensure organizational readiness. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years of relevant experience, coupled with deep knowledge of information security and IT operations.
