Job Summary

The Senior IT Security and BCM Specialist will be instrumental in securing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring future resilience. This role involves actively shaping information security, particularly focusing on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and technical IT emergency management. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the information security team, serving as the first point of contact for BCM and IT emergency queries, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of concepts, emergency plans, and the Information Security Management System. A key responsibility is the development and implementation of BCM strategies aligned with standards like BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4 and ISO 22301. The specialist will also plan and coordinate regular emergency exercises across various organizational departments to ensure optimal preparedness, while continuously contributing ideas for process and measure improvement across all areas of information security. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, profound knowledge of information security standards, and fluent German communication skills.
