Job Summary

This role is for a visionary Technical Product Manager responsible for driving the technological development and market scaling of innovative modular heat pump systems, crucial for the energy transition. The successful candidate will act as the central interface, guiding new developments from initial design through to market readiness and mass production. Key responsibilities include acting as the Product Owner, overseeing technical roadmaps, managing patent applications, and ensuring technological market leadership. The role involves significant project steering within a mechanical engineering context, coordinating internal teams, external suppliers, and managing quality control (QM) and cost efficiency. Candidates must possess a deep technical understanding, experience in hardware development and production, proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD/Fusion), and entrepreneurial thinking suitable for a dynamic scale-up environment. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for confident engagement with domestic and international partners and suppliers.
