Job Summary
This role places you at the forefront of the e-mobility revolution, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of cutting-edge charging systems, from Wallboxes to fast-charging stations. As a Service Technician, you will be the critical link ensuring the reliability of charging infrastructure, video surveillance, PV systems, storage systems, and transformer stations. When technical issues arise, you act as the on-site problem solver, working closely with the remote support team to quickly diagnose and restore service for commercial customers. A key component of the job involves high travel (50-60%) across Germany, Austria, and occasionally Italy, requiring a passion for being on the road. This position is ideal for a qualified electrician eager to specialize in future-oriented energy and mobility solutions, offering continuous professional development in areas like photovoltaics and energy storage.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an Electrician for Industrial Technology or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical systems or a comparable technical field
- Experience in customer interaction and service delivery
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-60% of working time)
