Job Summary

This is a permanent, full-time Project Manager role starting March 1, 2026, within the "System Management & Secondary Technology" department, focusing on Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation (EMSR) technology for photovoltaic (PV) and heating systems. The successful candidate will lead projects from planning and construction management through to commissioning for new and existing municipal, commercial, and residential buildings. Day-to-day tasks involve designing and documenting power supply and control systems according to standards, performing PV system calculations and simulations (including shading analysis and integration with consumers/battery storage), and managing project budgets and resources. The role requires coordinating various stakeholders, including clients, grid operators, sub-project managers, and external service providers, alongside on-site construction monitoring and system acceptance. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with significant professional and project management experience, ideally within PV or process engineering. Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently are essential for success.
