Job Summary

This role involves taking central responsibility for training junior staff in Electrical Engineering (ELT) across various hospital locations for Germany's largest municipal clinic operator. The Instructor will manage the entire training process for Electronic Technicians specializing in building, infrastructure, and operational systems, from candidate selection through to successful completion of the journeyman's examination. Day-to-day tasks include organizing trainee work schedules, managing school registrations, and ensuring the practical transfer of all mandated training content. Key requirements include a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering and ideally, relevant experience in vocational training.
