Job Summary
This role is for a Service Technician to act as a key contact point, providing 2nd Level Support for electronic price display systems, a product line where the company is a market leader. Day-to-day responsibilities include expert handling of technical challenges via phone, email, and remote service, managing ticket processing and documentation, and creating training materials. A significant component of the job involves travel within Europe to analyze problems, develop solutions independently, and potentially handle customer complaints and projects on-site, as well as conducting customer training sessions. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical vocational education focusing on electrical and network knowledge, possess good proficiency in German and English, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. Experience in customer service and familiarity with ERP and CRM systems are beneficial.
