Job Summary

This senior leadership role seeks an expert to serve as the Head of Test Operations and Management for one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership for the department, overseeing the critical testing and requirements engineering processes, and managing complex test environments, including Mainframe and Unix systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the operational steering of the area, aligning departmental goals with the corporate strategy, and managing subordinate department heads. A key focus is driving quality assurance through the evaluation and implementation of innovative technologies such as load testing and test automation. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, multi-year experience in these technical domains, and proven leadership capability, coupled with high resilience and strong conflict resolution skills.
