Job Summary

This role as an Electrical Engineer focuses on ensuring safety and quality within building technology for the internationally renowned TÜV SÜD. The position is highly varied, blending office work with frequent on-site visits to customer locations to conduct inspections and quality controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently performing acceptance inspections and meticulously assessing construction defects specifically related to electrical engineering systems (ELT). A core function involves creating detailed expert reports (Gutachten) and providing solution proposals for defect claims and damage cases, requiring strong analytical and communication skills to moderate between various involved parties. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field and possess proven professional industry experience in building or electrical technology. The ideal candidate is highly reliable, solution-oriented, and must possess negotiation-level fluency in German.
