Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse system landscape, primarily focusing on 1st and 2nd level IT support. The IT Technician will be responsible for processing tickets according to SLAs, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the customer desk. Key tasks also include maintaining asset data, supporting various IT projects, and continuously optimizing operational processes and structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in telephone support, good knowledge of Windows and Office environments, and familiarity with standard hardware. This position requires self-motivation and a willingness to continuously develop within the IT field, serving clients primarily in the South Hamburg region.
