Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive technical oversight for a diverse residential real estate portfolio. The Technical Property Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating external service providers for technical and infrastructural facility management, ensuring strict compliance with all legal regulations, including maintenance checks and health & safety guidelines. Key daily tasks include conducting regular property inspections using digital documentation tools (e.g., tablet/iPad), planning and executing maintenance and repair measures, and diligently monitoring warranty periods. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in building services or facility management, coupled with proven experience in residential property management. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and expertise in budget planning, cost control, and technical reporting.
