Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced electrical engineering professional to manage and strategically develop the Electrical Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the electrical team, overseeing all phases of electrical projects from planning and execution to monitoring. Daily duties include ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations (VDE, VOB, DIN), managing budgets and resources, and optimizing departmental processes for technical advancement. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman), coupled with professional and leadership experience in the field. This position requires strong communication skills, economic acumen, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of all projects, acting as a crucial interface between management, project leadership, and clients.
