Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the technical building operations with a specific focus on electrical engineering in Munich. As a Facility Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and technical regulations. Your daily tasks include personnel and resource planning, organizing maintenance and repair work, and coordinating with subcontractors from execution to final documentation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site and handle the calculation of smaller quotes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Industrial Electrician, supplemented by further qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsperson (Elektromeister).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electronics Technician or Electrician
  • Initial leadership experience is advantageous
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external subcontractors
  • Experience with relevant legal regulations and technical frameworks in electrical engineering
