Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Site Manager to lead the electrical team at the BMW plant in Eisenach. The core responsibilities include the technical and organizational direction of the team, coordinating and overseeing all electro-technical operations within the facility, and strictly ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. A critical component of the job is managing customer communication with BMW and handling resource and deployment planning for the team. Candidates must possess completed professional training in the electrical sector, ideally complemented by an advanced qualification such as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Certified Technician. Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or a comparable role, strong project organization skills in electrical engineering, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.
