Job Summary

This role offers a leadership opportunity to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects across Germany for an internationally active company specializing in technical infrastructure. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of railway technology and civil engineering projects, ensuring that construction sequences, quality standards, and safety regulations are strictly followed. Your daily tasks will include planning construction schedules, coordinating various specialist departments, managing budgets, and organizing critical operational pauses for railway construction. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of technical responsibility, a competitive monthly salary ranging from €6,500 to €9,000, and the chance to work on complex, high-impact national infrastructure measures. You will lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of coordination between different trades and project partners, seeing projects through from initial planning to successful commissioning.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
  • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, specifically within railway technology or infrastructure sectors.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple technical trades.
  • Experience in organizing operational pauses (Sperrpausen) and Betra applications for railway construction is highly advantageous.
