Process Manager for Distribution Logistics | Prozessmanager für Distributionslogistik (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves orchestrating the nationwide, just-in-time delivery of building materials across 46 locations to support approximately 5,000 skilled tradespeople. The Process Manager will be responsible for standardizing and enhancing delivery concepts and processes to ensure optimal material availability for technicians. Key responsibilities include establishing a nationwide distribution network, collaborating closely with logistics partners, suppliers, and carriers, and analyzing existing logistics routes to develop and pilot optimization strategies. The successful candidate will also contribute actively to the development of IT solutions for interface optimization, data transmission, and returns processing, while defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels. This position requires strong analytical skills, process understanding, and the ability to travel regularly within Germany (up to 25%).
