Job Summary

This role is designed for a conscientious and communicative administrator to manage and support all aspects of mobile communications for Vonovia SE, one of Germany's leading housing companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation, processing, and maintenance of mobile contracts within dedicated tools, alongside providing essential, practical telephone support to employees and specialist departments regarding mobile services. The administrator will utilize the JIRA ticketing system for documentation and tracking support inquiries. A key function involves acting as the primary contact for major faults and disturbances, coordinating root cause analysis and resolution with external providers. Qualified candidates must possess a completed commercial education with experience in an IT environment or a background in information technology. This is a permanent position offering flexible working hours, remote options, and the opportunity to support exciting IT projects, such as eSim implementation.

Experience
