Job Summary

This role supports the digital future of Germany as an integral part of the IT service provider for the Federal Armed Forces. Based at the Munich Service Center, the specialist will ensure seamless on-site IT service for users, focusing on troubleshooting, new installations, and hardware/software refreshes for IT and telecommunication end devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) orders, providing 1st and 2nd level support (both on-site and remote), and administering customer IT infrastructure, including network and server environments. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Specialist or similar, possess three years of professional experience in on-site IT/TK fault resolution, and be fluent in German.
