Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to begin a long-term career as a First Level IT Support Specialist in Munich, working for an IT company specializing in IT services and engineering solutions globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing and analyzing IT disruptions via phone, email, and ticketing systems, identifying and resolving fundamental IT problems, and documenting resolutions within the ticketing system. The specialist will also perform troubleshooting via remote maintenance or directly with the end-user, and provide instruction on new end devices and software applications. Key qualifications include a degree in IT specialization, IT customer support, or equivalent qualifications, coupled with experience in IT support.
