This role is for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join a service desk team in Munich, supporting various medium-sized clients across Upper Bavaria. The position focuses on providing quick, professional, and reliable service for IT operations and infrastructure requests. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, processing incoming incidents and requests via phone, email, and self-service portals, and collaborating with specialist teams to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate has a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), experience with ticketing systems, and ideally, practical knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident Management.
