Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing critical onsite support for a leading European IT service provider's end customer. Day-to-day responsibilities involve processing incidents and service requests while adhering to strict SLAs, performing comprehensive troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues, and handling the configuration and installation of standard IT equipment. A key component of the role is providing dedicated user support for mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms, ensuring network connectivity by resolving related issues, and executing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for clients. The ideal candidate must have completed relevant IT vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess strong client-side troubleshooting experience, and be proficient in standard hardware and MS Office applications. This position offers a competitive salary (€38,000 - €41,000) and excellent potential for permanent employment with the client.
