This role involves providing critical onsite IT support for one of Germany's leading IT service providers, managing over 600,000 IT workplaces globally. The Onsite IT Support Technician will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of notebooks, printers, and peripheral equipment, as well as diagnosing and resolving faults across Windows, network, and hardware environments. Key daily tasks include processing support requests via ticketing systems, documenting solutions, setting up new workstations, and assisting with rollouts and migrations. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in IT System Integration or comparable experience, strong troubleshooting skills with clients and mobile devices, and proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and standard software.
