This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support across customer locations in the Berlin-Brandenburg region for a leading German IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, which includes setting up and configuring new workstations, managing hardware rollouts, and performing installation and maintenance on a variety of standard and specialized equipment like desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. Key responsibilities also include managing IT assets (issuance, return, and tracking) and diligently documenting all support activities within a ticketing system. Candidates must possess a completed relevant vocational qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), combined with proven experience in field customer care and user support.
