Job Summary
This role involves providing essential onsite hardware and software support directly to clients of a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new workstations, including configuration and user instruction, and resolving technical disruptions affecting clients, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Key tasks also include performing network activities such as patching, troubleshooting, and error diagnosis, as well as managing hardware inventory and participating in IT rollouts and office moves. Candidates should possess a vocational qualification in IT systems integration or equivalent, coupled with practical experience in Windows client troubleshooting, hardware management, and proficiency with MS Office and ticketing systems.
