Job Summary

The core responsibilities involve the preparation, installation, and setup of PC workstations, notebooks, and printers, including necessary software deployment. A significant part of the job includes maintaining documentation of deployment processes within a ticketing system, analyzing, and resolving errors encountered during these processes. Candidates should possess a relevant technical vocational qualification, such as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist or IT Assistant, coupled with strong technical understanding and practical experience with deployment systems. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a proactive work ethic, and very good German language proficiency to coordinate effectively with internal technical and logistics departments.
