Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to join a leading German IT service provider, focusing on delivering essential First and Second Level Onsite Support for a major client in Karlsruhe. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining high service quality and ensuring operational continuity by acting as the primary technical interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users. Daily duties involve comprehensive fault analysis and resolution across both hardware and software domains, requiring deep technical proficiency. Key qualifications include completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, proven experience in onsite support, and expert knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory, and networking protocols like DHCP and Firewalls.
