Job Summary
This role involves providing essential Onsite Support for a leading IT service provider's end customer, Infosys. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT components, including the installation, setup, and delivery of various hardware such as PCs, notebooks, printers (multifunction and label), mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners. A core part of the job is performing fault analysis and resolution, handling break-fix tasks, and processing disturbance tickets efficiently. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT systems integration or a comparable field, deep hardware knowledge, and excellent proficiency in Windows 10/11 and standard MS programs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent working conditions, structured 40-hour weeks, and strong potential for permanent employment directly with the client.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Deep hardware knowledge (PCs, notebooks, printers, peripheral devices)
- Professional experience in fault analysis and resolution

- Driver's license Class B (Führerschein Klasse B) required
