Key daily activities include independently analyzing and resolving technical faults, documenting issues in a ticketing system, and performing installations, configurations, and optimizations of IT infrastructure based on client needs. The successful candidate will also manage regular maintenance, system administration tasks, and contribute to the development of digital solutions. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, strong expertise in Windows operating systems administration, and knowledge of technical support for printers, networks, and IT peripherals.
