This role involves providing essential Onsite Support for various end customers across the Rhine/Main region, focusing primarily on maintaining PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key responsibilities include managing service requests, processing incident tickets through customer-specific channels, and performing comprehensive fault analysis and resolution within the client and printer environments. The technician will also be responsible for the installation and configuration of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems, along with providing ongoing support. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with proven experience in Onsite Support and proficiency with Windows 7/10 and MS Office 365.
