Job Summary

This role within Facility Management is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of complex technical systems at the company's Karlsruhe location. Day-to-day responsibilities include the supervision, maintenance, and repair of all technical installations, such as fire alarm systems, safety lighting, switchgear, and high-voltage (20 kV) power supply systems. The specialist will be responsible for implementing compliance obligations according to German standards (DGUV V3, VDE) and fulfilling the duties of a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK). Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical background as a Master Electrician or Technician with VDE qualifications, coupled with extensive professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA) and power supply. This position requires strong organizational skills, economic thinking, and participation in on-call duty, offering a dynamic environment to optimize technical assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
