Job Summary

This role is a crucial opportunity for a Senior M365 Specialist to drive the migration of existing Notes applications into a modern, future-proof M365 environment. The specialist will be embedded within the ITT-OS-OS3 group, focusing heavily on creating automation and workflow solutions for various business units using the full suite of M365 apps and services. Key responsibilities include consulting on the utilization and expansion of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for user management, Multi-Factor Authentication, and conditional access policies. The ideal candidate must possess several years of experience customizing M365 environments, deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR, alongside proficiency in PowerShell for administrative automation. This 36-month fixed-term position offers the chance to accompany a high-priority groupware platform change (from Lotus Notes/Domino to M365) from its inception, working collaboratively in a highly motivated, agile team based in Aachen or remotely.
