Job Summary

This role is for a Senior M365 Specialist to join the Online and Sales Services department, focusing specifically on the critical Notes replacement project. The specialist will be instrumental in migrating existing Notes applications into the future-proof M365 environment. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing automation solutions and workflow applications using the full suite of M365 apps, consulting on the utilization and expansion of Microsoft Entra ID for user management and MFA, and ensuring compliance using Microsoft Purview. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, extensive experience customizing M365 environments, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Defender XDR, and Purview. This 36-month fixed-term position offers the chance to work in a highly prioritized, high-impact project, driving the transition from Lotus Notes/Domino to MS M365, working in a highly motivated, agile team, with the option to work remotely or from Aachen.
