Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices within a leading European IT service company. Key responsibilities include supporting IT rollouts, performing IMAC services (Installations, Moves, Adds, Changes) for clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers, and ensuring network connectivity is correctly configured and functional. The successful candidate will handle the installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware and software, conduct functional tests, and perform detailed error analysis and resolution in compliance with defined SLAs. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, professional experience in user support and rollouts, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office, coupled with basic understanding of Mobile Device Management and networking.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in conducting IT rollouts
