Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician within a highly modern, automated dairy facility that processes and delivers high-quality food products globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential quality control tasks, including performing raw milk analyses, conducting sensory evaluations of finished products, and carrying out specialized tests on cleaning/disinfectant solutions and water (drinking and process water). A key part of the job is the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, along with participation in interlaboratory comparison tests (ring trials). Applicants must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, substantial professional experience in the food industry, and the willingness to work in a 24/7 continuous shift model, including weekends and holidays.
