Job Summary

This role involves strategically positioning and designing innovative learning and event formats for a major electronics group, focusing on digital learning initiatives that significantly boost end-user engagement across global regions and organizations. The consultant will support the Automation & Collaboration Intelligence and #DigitalTogether Academy teams in establishing these formats worldwide to continuously increase reach and relevance. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing global, target-group-oriented events, moderation, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess experience with Generative AI (specifically M365 Copilot) in connection with learning materials, project management, and content creation across various formats (hands-on, virtual, in-person training). Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong focus on User Experience, and the ability to prioritize effectively while working within diverse, international teams.
