Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Planner specializing in Plant Engineering, focusing on complex, turnkey High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) projects within the energy technology sector in Erlangen. The core responsibilities involve creating, maintaining, and optimizing detailed project schedules across all phases—from reference and tender to execution. You will be crucial in supporting overall scheduling coordination, continuously monitoring project progress, and proactively developing solutions for timeline deviations and risks in collaboration with the project team. A key part of the job includes generating insightful reports and analyses, such as deviation analyses, milestone trend analysis, and critical path assessments, to support effective project steering. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical background), coupled with at least three years of professional experience in project execution. Expertise in Primavera P6 and standard project control methodologies is mandatory, alongside fluency in English and proficiency in German.
