Construction Materials Tester | Baustoffprüfer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves critical quality assurance and testing within the construction materials industry, working for a global market leader specializing in facade plasters, tile adhesives, and construction chemical products. Day-to-day responsibilities include controlling incoming raw materials, monitoring production processes, and deciding on the release or blocking of materials based on defined quality parameters. You will also be responsible for processing and testing incoming complaints, evaluating test results for internal monitoring, and documenting findings. A key part of the job is supporting the laboratory and production teams in optimizing recipes and processes, and organizing and conducting experiments based on defined product properties. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Construction Materials Tester or Laboratory Technician, strong interest in construction standards and quality assurance procedures, good IT skills (especially MS Office), and a willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts).
