Job Summary

This role involves operating and monitoring complex, automated filling systems within a leading manufacturer in the construction chemical industry. As a Chemical Production Specialist, often referred to internally as an 'Ansätzer' (Batch Preparer), you will be responsible for setting up equipment, documenting production parameters, and focusing on either powder products or handling recipes in batch reactors for silicones and adhesives. Key tasks include data entry via OEE terminals, quality control of packaging and weight tolerances, routine sampling, and performing basic maintenance and cleaning of the machinery. The ideal candidate holds a degree as a Chemical Production Specialist or equivalent technical qualification, possesses several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within construction chemistry or filling operations, and is comfortable working in a two-shift system with a strong focus on quality and precision.
