You will independently perform fault diagnoses across telephony, internet, TV, and mobile communication systems, assist with setting up routers and end devices, and reliably coordinate technician appointments for connection provision and fault clearance. The ideal candidate has completed an IT or technical apprenticeship or possesses comparable practical experience, basic knowledge of networking and telecommunications, and proficiency with common IT and ticketing systems.
