Job Summary

This critical role involves the commissioning of High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems, specifically focusing on data networks and network communication on site for an international technology group. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining TCP/IP-based network infrastructure, managing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) concepts, establishing time synchronization, and overseeing signal converters connecting to external systems. You will support troubleshooting efforts and interface testing alongside clients and partners, while also contributing to quality, risk, and claim management processes. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in electrical or information technology, mandatory certification as a qualified electrician, and proven experience in network administration using switches and routers. This position offers the opportunity to work on international HVDC projects utilizing modern technology, requiring significant worldwide travel and good English language skills.
