Job Summary

This role involves working as an SAP Ariba Guided Buying Support Specialist for an international technology group based in Erlangen. The core responsibility is managing and resolving service tickets and incidents within the SAP Ariba Guided Buying environment. Day-to-day tasks include providing essential user support on system operation and navigation, handling simple technical inquiries, and ensuring timely ticket resolution within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
