Job Summary

This role is for a Senior AutoCAD Application Specialist to join an internationally active technology group in Berlin, focusing on supporting and enhancing internal engineering design tools. The specialist will act as the central point of contact for all AutoCAD-related matters within the engineering environment. Key responsibilities include gathering and clarifying requirements with Product and Business Owners, developing new functions and features for engineering design tools, and implementing, testing, and documenting new modules within the AutoCAD ecosystem. Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of professional experience as an AutoCAD specialist. Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, familiarity with adjacent CAD systems like Creo or NX, and experience working in agile development teams using DevOps tools, specifically Azure DevOps, are essential for success in this dynamic role.
