Job Summary

This role involves joining an internationally active technology group in Erlangen, focusing on optimizing and documenting complex business processes. The specialist will be responsible for capturing, documenting, and analyzing existing processes, as well as developing and implementing new process changes. A core part of the role includes applying Lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement potential and develop alternative processes. Day-to-day tasks also involve documenting, publishing, and conducting training on new processes, managing interfaces, and ensuring quality assurance, including the consolidation of Critical to Quality aspects. Candidates must hold a technical Bachelor's degree (e.g., Engineering or Industrial Engineering) and possess at least three years of professional experience in process analysis and optimization, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
