Job Summary

This role involves specialized technical oversight and coordination of electrical assembly for SVC (Static Var Compensator) installations within FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) projects at a construction site in Ragow. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the electrical installation adheres to schedule, budget, and quality standards, working closely with installation companies, planning, and site management. Key daily tasks include monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations and technical standards, managing site logistics, and supporting risk/damage management and quality assurance. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in electrical engineering (e.g., power or automation technology), mandatory certification as a qualified electrician, and at least three years of relevant professional experience in industrial or energy technology construction/assembly environments. Excellent German language skills are required, with English proficiency being beneficial.
