Job Summary

This hybrid role serves as the crucial technical interface between the Technical Service and Technology departments, supporting field service technicians, service partners, and customer support staff. The Product Specialist / Electronics Technician is responsible for planning and conducting product and service training sessions on new products and software solutions, ensuring field staff are highly competent. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as the primary point of contact for complex technical inquiries, analyzing and reporting on service cases and key performance indicators (KPIs), and updating essential service documentation like manuals and work instructions. A strong background as an Electronics Technician or similar field, coupled with several years of professional experience, excellent German language skills, and proficiency in EDV systems are essential. This position requires strong communication skills, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and a high degree of service orientation, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to new product introductions and quality assurance.
