Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the engineering and delivery of complex software solutions, focusing on translating target architectures into actionable Epics and User Stories. The Team Lead will be responsible for defining and enforcing high-quality standards through code, security, and architecture reviews, alongside establishing robust Clean Code standards and test automation. A core function is managing the entire release lifecycle, including planning, execution, and securing deployments using modern CI/CD processes. Furthermore, the role requires ensuring system stability through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement, while also driving agile process development (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, deep experience leading software teams, and fluent proficiency in both German and English, making this an excellent opportunity for a seasoned technical leader in the Consumer Electronics or IoT space.
