Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical/IT Field Service Technician based in Bremen, responsible for providing nationwide technical support and service directly to customers. Daily tasks involve performing simple fault analyses, function tests using tools like multimeters, and general system checks. A core part of the job is integrating and updating software solutions into existing devices, modernizing communication and media technology, and providing brief system instructions to users. The technician is also required to create technical reports and meticulously document all activities according to quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT or electronics, such as an IT System Electronics Technician or Specialist in System Integration, and ideally possesses initial experience with software installations.
