IT Service Management Process Manager | Prozessmanager IT-Service-Management (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the critical IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for a key federal German company responsible for the secure storage of radioactive waste. The Process Manager will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing new ITSM processes, while also actively maintaining and developing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), the IT Service Catalog, and the IT Product Portfolio. A core function is steering Change and Transformation Management, ensuring seamless process documentation, and organizing necessary user training. The successful candidate will administer, configure, and continuously develop ITSM applications, ensuring service quality through the definition and collection of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the creation of management reports. This position requires a completed IT education, multi-year professional experience in ITSM, and expertise in ITSM application administration and automation. Ideally, candidates will possess an ITIL certification, bringing their analytical skills to a team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement within a stable, government-affiliated organization offering a permanent contract and excellent benefits.
